Spoilers for beating Inscryption!
After beating the Final of Inscryption, Kaycees mod is Unlocked for you to play. Its choosed in the main menu (Its a red Skull).
There you play the first act of the game and that only. First you choose a handicap tho. Each handicap gives points, which are diffrent to each handicap. Some have 5, some have 10 and so on. Addiotionaly there are Levels that go up after beating Leshy. You start on Level 1. Simply choose one of the handicaps to give minimum 5 points to beat Level 1. Choose the Handicap, play till you beat Leshy and you get the Achievement.
