How to unlock the Master Trinketeer achievement in Inscryption - Definitive Guide

There is not much information out there on the actual unlock conditions are for this, so here are the exact steps I did - some of these steps are perhaps not necessary, but I figured it would be better to be safe than sorry:
  1. Unlock the painting conditions in a run, which can be done by looking at the painting in Leshy's cabin and placing down the cards shown in the painting in the same positions, in any battle. You should feel a vibration if done correctly.
  2. After the battle, stand up from the table and press A on the painting - you will hold the new object in your hand.
  3. Leshy will comment on the object and place it on the table next to you, as a consumable.
  4. Progress until you reach another fight, and then skip turn repeatedly until you die. The unlocked item will be permanently unlocked (this doesn't mean you have it at the beginning of every run, but the unlocked item will now be in circulation when landing on pack spaces on the map).
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the second and third items.
Here is my method on how to unlock the painting conditions, as described in step 1.
My Build
Ant starter deck, no challenge points. I used the ant deck for two reasons:
  1. Ant cards repeatedly show up in the paintings on my end - I repeatedly saw worker ant, queen ant, flying ant and skunk in the painting cards. Since a queen ant spawns a worker ant, it provides great bang for your buck.
  2. Ant cards are extremely strong for an early game tempo. While you're progressing the map, grabbing an insect totum and any ant cards you see will do great for defending the board early on, alongside protecting painting cards when trying to place them on the board.
My Gameplay Strategy
Start the game, and immediately stand up. Look at what is on the painting, and take a screenshot (Xbox Home button + Y on Xbox, with the added option of the central button on the Xbox Series Controller). With any luck, this will contain at least one card from the ant starter deck:
  • Ant queen
  • Worker ant (spawned from playing an ant queen)
  • Flying ant
  • Skunk
  • Possum (if missing pelt)
  • Ring worm (if missing pelt)
If the painting contains:
None of the cards in your deck
Immediately end the run, and restart. Don't sweat the pelt penalty. Keep restarting until you get at least one card.

One card in your deck
Progress as normal, making sure to hit every relevant space that provides a card that may fulfil your second card. Make sure to quit out to the title and continue the run if you need to use the clover to check the second group of cards. Do this until you defeat the first Leshy Boss, and then progress to the first space in the new map.

Check if the first space contains the card you need. If it doesn't, DO NOT PROGRESS, AND DO NOT STAND UP. Quit out to the main menu, then continue the run. Since this is the first space on the map, the map will entirely regenerate, allowing you to infinitely reroll the first space until you get the card you need. Standing up will save the map in its current state, disabling the rerolls. Instead, refer to the screenshot you took earlier.

Using the random card space (question mark), the trial (the stone window) should award any card you need, with the exception of rare cards, if they even spawn in paintings. The tribe spaces could potentially not give you the card if your animal doesn't belong to a tribe (such as a grizzly or a great white), so always give preference to the two above.

Once you get your card, place down the cards at your earliest convenience.

You're set, simply place down the cards at your earliest convenience.

I got all 3 unlocked from the painting but the achievement is not unlocking for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Did your steps differ from what I posted above (such as not sitting down once you unlock the item)? If so, what steps did you do differently?
Have you verified that all 3 items are unlocked, by seeing each item when landing on pack spaces?

I am not really sure what I did differently? I have all three items unlocked and now when I play Kaycee's mod the painting is empty of content as if I had them all. And I have seen all three items in the pack. Guess the achievement is buggy. Hopefully it gets fixed!

This is achieved in Kaycee's Mod.

Stand up and turn around. See the painting on the right hand that has a combination of cards displayed on a playing field? You have to obtain those cards and play them during a match against Leshy. This will unlock an item that can be collected by interacting with the painting. The cards must match the position they are shown in the painting. You have to do this three times and unlock all the items to get the achievement

Items list may contain spoilers.

Items:

Note: When you place the cards, the screen will shake. After the battle go and collect the item and then sit back down. The item will be added to your item inventory on the right hand side and can be used in the next battle.

This works just like the oil painting did in Act I. If you were not aware, there were three items you could get from the oil painting in the cabin that are useful items you can incoporate into the gameplay of Act I: The Clover (Re-roll on card events), the Third Candlestick, and the Bee (which changes your Squirrels to Bees (1 Attack, 1 HP and part of the Insect Tribe for Totems)

Whenever you start a run of Kaycee's Mod, move back from the table and turn around to face the safe. Move towards the safe and then turn right to look directly at the painting. You will see eight card slots which should only have two cards on the bottom row. If, at any point in your game, you have both of the cards in the positions shown in the painting, you will unlock three new items. You will need to play multiple runs to unlock the items as you will only have one oil painting for each run. The order of items unlocked is the following:
  • Magickal Bleach - Removes any sigils from the middle row of cards, also needed for Bad Moon trophy_bronze.png
  • Wise Clock - Rotates all cards in your row and middle row one card to the right, useful for "Too Quick, Too Soon" attack (Grizzly Bosses Challenge), See Skull Storm trophy_gold.png Level 12 information
  • Magpie's Lens - Item version of Magpie card, pick any card in your deck, place it in your hand or use it instantly (Sacrifice/Bone cost still applies)
All three of these items are then added directly to the table when unlocked for use in that run, as well as entered into the pool of items you can get in your backpack from any run after.

Please note the other two slots you can play cards on for your turn do not need to be blank as shown in the painting in order to unlock the item, so go for these in early runs as the items are very useful.

Once you successfully unlock the Magpie's Eye and place it on the table, you will receive this trophy.

Get up from the table and look at what cards are in the picture. Your goal is to find these cards and put them in the same cells that are indicated in the picture. It is not necessary to win the round, the main thing is to survive and take the contents. Do this three times. The trophy is cumulative, you don’t need to do it for one wound
