During the 3rd level - Rock'n'Disco, you will come to a room full of people with diamonds floating above them. You simply need to activate each one of them by pulsing on them (
by default).
You will know they are activated as they light up once you pulse on them. Once every character is lit up, you will get the achievement.

When you start playing as Disco Barry (level two), you'll eventually be stopped by a bouncer that's not about to let you get your groove on. You'll need to press
