Look for the room pictured below. It is after you start playing with the brown dude.
You just need to push the switches on the bottom to the left like in the pic.
Then move all the sliders up using the triggers.
Last but not least, and easily missable is the small boxes on the top area. They have greenish yellow lines and arcs in the pic. Go up to each one and activate it by pressing the right trigger.
The achievement will pop on the spot so [b[ don't leave until the achievement pops
