On the first level around 3 or so sections in you will come to a big pink room with 6 switches. There are 3 switches on the left and 3 on the right. Just press 
while standing in front of a switch to activate it.
Activate one switch on the left then go activate each of the switches on the right. Now go pick a different switch on the left then activate the right ones. Now just pick the last switch on the left, go activate each of the ones on the right and there you have it. A shiny new achievement.

In the first level you'll be reintroduced to all of the stuff you were taught in the tutorial. A few minutes in, you'll fall into a room that looks like this:
There are a total of 9 combinations you can make with these six switches. They are separated in two sets of three. I found the easiest way to get it done is to switch one of the switches on the left, and then toggle through each of the three on the right. Then go back to the left side, switch the second switch and then alternate through each switch on the right. Or you can just go buck wild flipping switches until the trophy pops.
