A few minutes in to the level "Blasted Lands" you will get to a bit where you're on an elevator going upwards. You'll be moving left and right to avoid getting hit by the "red wall". All I did was press B a few times to the beat as I made my way up and the achievement popped. I recorded a game clip afterwards for others to see.
