This is very difficult to miss.
While you are playing through the second level - 'Funky Barry', you will pass through a narrow corridor to continue the level (unable go any other way), while passing through this corridor you will pass 3 big doors that say 'VIP'.
You simply need to open each of the 3 doors by pulsing (
by default) to the beat of the music. Once you have opened all 3 and revealed what is behind them, the achievement should pop.
