Try to do all your achievements in Coop, it's much easier to do than in PvP!
Play as Breacher class with a shotgun and a flashbang, wait until you have to defend an objective, when you hear enemies approaching just flash yourself and shoot the shotgun. Easiest way to do this is on a chokepoint!

i flashed myself with an enemy around a corner and then RPG'd my feet for this achievement, got it 1st try

Achievement Blindfire
Wait until you get Co-Op (Checkpoint) on the Hillside map, playing as Security. Keep playing until you reach the order to capture checkpoint C (which will likely be for destroying a weapons cache). Follow the same path I did in the video below, then your achievement will unlock. I did it on my first try!
