When playing with randoms:
Play Hardcore Checkpoint, wait in the back so you give your team a chance to get killed by the AI, when everyone is dead just take your time and capture the next objective! Hardcore Ceckpoint can be quite hard for a random team, so this is the best chance to get it when actively boosting it.
When you play Hardcore Checkpoint a lot there is a high chance you would get this by accident.

Also if like me, you are a bastard, you can team-kill a squad mate to make sure you are the last person alive. Only works on one person, due to reflective damage.

Well, I thought about that in some clutch situations, but I didn't want to make new enemies while chasing achievements, haha!
