Got this using the molotov cocktail. (Someone may have to confirm if the incendiary grenade will work as well) You can change the type of explosive you have equipped via the loadout menu. Play an objective mode, and when you know the enemy is taking the point, try and throw it in the window or near a doorway/chokepoint.
