How to unlock the Semper Paratus achievement in Insurgency: Sandstorm - Definitive Guide

This is how I got this one:
1) Select Commander for your class and you have a gas mask in your loadout.
2) Ensure there is at least one Observer class on your team.
3) Get the Observer close to you and use the binoculars to call in the Chemical Mortar nearby your position once it is available.
4) Wait for the mortars start to land (there is a delay of 20 seconds or so maybe for them to hit)
5) Equip your gas mask and walk in to the green cloud and it should pop immediately.
Notes/Edits:
Edit 1: Thanks to user Clever Logan, pointing out it must be done while on the insurgent team not the security team
Edit 2: The commander class must be unlocked, I believe it is level 20.

I did not need the commander class unlocked. I got this at level 16 just by equipping the mask in my loadout.

Thank you for the easy guide, has to be done as an Insurgent, not Security.
