When entering a Dungeon Floor you will sometimes see a sign above one of the doors in the hub area that shows 3 hooded figures and its white. (Usually floor 2 and 4)
Choose this door to go in, talk to the villager at the door with the bell, and break the keystone.
You must talk to the villager for it to count.
You will find the third of each dungeon directly after defeating the boss of that dungeon.

I just want to mention that the "Chamber of the lost" on each floor will have a villager.
