This achievement is awarded for solving the huge projection book puzzle in Chapter 6 without removing any pieces. First, we must obtain the heel, bell and teapot pieces.

At the start of the chapter, head downstairs to the podium in the center of the room and interact with it. A triangular puzzle will appear. To solve it, follow this pattern:

One, Five, Five, One, Four, Five, Five, Five, Four, Four, One, One, One
Solving this will spawn the huge projection puzzle and some butterflies. Ignore the protection puzzle and head over to the butterflies to your left. The symbol on each butterfly's wings correspond to the number book they're on. Use the photo below for reference.

Interact with the typewriter and enter in the symbols in order of book 1-5.
For the photo above it would be: Big dot/little dot, diamond, bulls-eye, swirl, bulls-eye. This may be the same order for everyone, but I'm not certain. If you solved this puzzle in one attempt, you will unlock

Solving this puzzle will grant you our first item, the Heel. Pick it up.
Now, head into the newly-revealed room and interact with the light on the ground. Next, pick up the three butterflies in the room. One is on the dresser, one is on the ground, and the third is on a hook that dropped when you turn the light on.
Now place the butterflies on the hooks in this order, from left to right: Medium butterfly, Large butterfly, Small butterfly. This will complete the puzzle and grant your our second piece, the Bell. Pick it up and head back to the main room. A pillar will turn and allow you access to the other side. Go through the pillar.

Once you've entered the room, interact with the light once, then press the button on the floor once. Now go to the book and transform into a shadow to climb the robot woman and grab the lantern. Now, reverse the steps. Go to book to go back to your human self, press the floor button once, and move the light once. Finally, place the lantern on the hook to complete the puzzle and obtain our final piece, the Teapot. Pick it up and head back to the huge projection puzzle in the main room.

After you've collected the heel, the bell and the teapot, interact with the podium with the huge projection puzzle. We need the pieces to be set with this end result:

Candelabra @ 3:00 (starting position/right of wheel)
Bell @ 6:00 (bottom of wheel)
Heel @ 9:00 (left side of wheel)
Teapot @ 12:00 (top of wheel)

First, place the Bell on the puzzle wheel. Next, turn the wheel left twice. Now place the Teapot and turn the wheel left again. Now place the Heel and turn the wheel left one last time.

Here's a simplified breakdown: Bell, left, left, Teapot, left, Heel, left.

If you did this without removing any pieces, you'll instantly unlock the achievement. If you did remove a pice, simply pause and reload the checkpoint.

The wheel will start with the candelabra on it and that needs to be at the 3:00 position, add the bell so it’s at 6:00, the heel at 9:00 and the teapot at 12:00.
