In my experience, this achievement was not cumulative, as the description somewhat implies. Instead, I had to complete Castle Crushers three times on a single run. Be aware of that, in case this doesn't unlock for you on your third completion.
Castle Crushers is the name of the arcade game that you play in arcade rooms. It's a very simple 2D platformer where the goal is just to get all the way to the right to the door before the spikes catch up to you. Ideally, collect as many coins as you can along the way, but coins aren't related to this achievement.
You should be aiming to play these arcades at every chance you get, as they're your best source of coins for buying stuff from the shops. The games will start to get more challenging as you go, but nothing crazy. As long as you aren't taking any unnecessary risks for coins, it should be a piece of cake just to move to the right side. You move way faster than the spikes, so you should have plenty of time to correct for any mistakes. Also note that if you mess up and die, you can just replay the arcade to try it again for another ten coins.
