This is very easy and you should get it when playing through the game. The Iron Fist is the big bomb that happens when you press 
However, if you want to grind it out quickly, just start a game on any difficulty. stay in the starting room and press to use the Iron Fist that you start with. You should notice that another one spawns somewhere in the room. Collect it and keep using them. As long as you stay in the starting room, it will keep spawning more for you.... at least until the time runs out (if so, just start a new game).

This achievement is cumulative across all runs. The Atomic Fist is used by pressing 
when you have a gauntlet to use. I found this to be largely useless and never used it. There is thankfully a really quick way to grind this out though. Start up a new run, and in the starting tutorial room, use your Atomic Fist. Another one will immediately spawn for you to collect. Repeat over and over until this achievement unlocks. If time runs out and enemies start coming for you, you can simply kill yourself and repeat if needed.
