To unlock this achievement you will need to beat the "One Man Army vs. AIM-X" challenge without dying (losing one reboot). So it other words you need to finish the mission with all four reboots left.
You can unlock this achievement by playing any difficulty but I highly recommend playing in Easy.
In order to beat this challenge you must defeat 80 enemies within 10 minutes, once you kill 80 enemies the mission will stop and you will get the achievement but if the timer runs out you will fail and have to retry again.
There are plenty of enemies in this map. So just fly around until you see enemies on your radar (red dots) and kill them with your repulors (RT) and missiles (Y button).
You should clear out 80 in no time.
Not only do you get an achievement for beating this challenge but you get the Hulkbuster Suit as well. The Hulkbuster Suit is also used to unlock this achievement (see the achievement guide for that achievement for additional information):

In One Man Army mode you have 10 minutes to kill 80 enemies without dying. Mainly use repulsors and stay hidden alot. On easy difficulty this is, well, easy. You can take a lot of damage, so just fly around holding RT and you'll be done in a few minutes.
