How to unlock the Guardian achievement in Iron Man - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement you must save the warehouse workers in the mission entitled "Maggia Factories" which is the 4th mission. This achievement can be unlocked during any difficulty but I highly recommend this on Easy.
I did not get this the first time but that is okay. If you don't get this achievement during your first play-through don't worry you can always replay missions in the Mission Archive section after you have better suits (Silver Centurion Suit is the best for this mission).
What you will need to do is protect the warehouse building that are marked BLUE on your map. These blue marker will appear right after you are prompted that there are reinforcements coming. What you need to do is fly to the blue markers, destroy all reinforcements in the area and then go and destroy one of the factories (marked with orange). Once you destroy the factory go back and protect the blue markers again. Rinse and repeat 3 more times and the achievement is yours!

When you get to where you have to destroy the reinforcements head over to the 4 blue dots. Those are the warehouses. Now tanks and vehicles will be coming in to attack the warehouses, destroy all of them. Now head off to destroy one of the factories. Come back and more reinforcements should be coming towards the warehouses. Repeat this until all factories are destroyed and the warehouses are safe.
