PLEASE NOTE: There are a total of THREE achievements you get from destroying the Prometheus Missiles in this mission.
To unlock this achievement you must destroy all 3 Prometheus missiles before 10 minutes are up in the mission entitled "Maggia Compound" which is the 5th mission. This achievement can be unlocked during any difficulty but I highly recommend this on Easy.
This achievement is pretty much a given as long as you're paying attention. Just make sure when you are prompted that a missile is ready to launch that you head directly to the yellow marker on your radar. The missiles are pretty slow and are not guarded well (on easy, if you're playing on easy make sure to shoot the missile and ignore the backup). They do have quiet a bit of health on them so make sure you don't take your time getting to them.
At one location you will see a tanker next to it (every time I played the mission it is the first missile site), if you shoot the tanker not only will it destroy the missile right away (making it easy for you) but you will net another achievement (see below).
All three missiles are on the outside skirts of the compound.
Below is my guide on how to beat this level (it was written for the hardest difficulty but still works just fine for easy mode):

Mission 5: Maggia Compound
============================
Recommended Power Distribution: Life Support (up on the d-pad) the whole level.
This level sucks. Don't worry about taking out random enemies too much. You will have to destroy 10 defenses to move on. Just fly in as fast as possible, take them out, and fly to the next one (try to find a valley or rock to hide behind to heal). When prompted head to the yellow markers, they are the optional objective for this achievement. All three missiles are on the outside skirts of the compound.
With your remaining 2 (or 1 reboot) your going to have to destroy the core. Doing so is easy. Just fly into the valley from the south or southwest side. Take out the enemies quickly on that side (don't worry about the other side). If your on the correct side you will see the core on the left side and a little fenced in area to the right. Fly over there and land inside the fenced area. If your in the right spot no one can hit you. Just hover up, shoot the core, land when health is low to heal up. Repeat until mission is over.
You will also unlock this achievement if you have not done so already:

If you used a tanker to blow up one of the missiles then you will unlock this achievement (please see the solution on that achievement for more information):
The Collateral Damage achievement in Iron Man worth 27 pointsDestroy a Prometheus missile by destroying a fuel truck in the Maggia Compound mission

There are three missile silos total in this mission. When the next one shows up fly over fast and blow it up. Try using melee instead of weapons. It will take the missile out alot faster. 10 minutes is a pretty long time so take your time, sort of. Make sure you do not die to much flying over and take out enemies in your way. While at the first one (just to the right of the starting location), take out the truck next to it which will blows up the missile as well. This will save time and net you another achievement as well.
