To unlock this armor you must beat the mission "Showdown" (the last mission, mission 13) using the Silver Centurion Suit. This can be done on any difficulty and is recommended to be done on Easy.
In order to unlock this suit you must first beat the game. After you have unlocked the Silver Centurion Suit you can go to the Mission Archive option in the menu to replay the last mission to unlock this achievement.
It will be much easier then the first time because this suit is so much better then your Mark II.
