To unlock this achievement you will have to complete an entire mission without using any weapon systems.
This means you are not allowed to use your Repulors/Primary (RT), Auxiliary Weapon/Missiles (Y), or your Unibeam (RB). So you basically have to defeat enemies with the B button (Grapple, Melee, or return missiles).
It is either impossible or highly impractical to do this achievement in the following levels:
Mission 1: Escape - Because the achievement said so.
Mission 2: First Flight - Because the end boss is a flying Gunship. You can't grapple him and the only way you can hurt him is by returning a ton of his own missiles.
Mission 6: Flying Fortress - You can't melee the targets on the ceiling too well.
Mission 7: Arctic Battle - Boss fight flies so you can't hurt him.
Mission 8: Lost Destroyer -Too many flying enemies to kill in this mission.
Mission 9: On Defense - Boss fight flies so you can't hurt him.
Mission 10: Save Pepper - You can't take out all the missiles needed to save the building without using your weapon systems.
Mission 13: Showdown - Last boss flies too much and has too much health to attempt.
With that being said I highly recommend Mission 5: Maggia Compound for this achievement. It is one of the quickest missions and everything can be destroyed with the melee.
There are only two primary objectives (ignore the secondary). Destroy 10 defenses - Just fly over to them and land next to them to melee them. If they are on pedestals just take your time landing next to them. Destroy the core - Just fly in front of it and melee it. You will want to land on the part that is up from the ground and not the ground itself.
Achievement unlocked.

Very simple, do mission 5 with the hulk armor. Divert you power to your thrusters so you can get around a little faster. Always land softly.
the only annoying part are the missiles because your radar will only focus on them. Find them, land softly and go happy with B button. Also the generator under the central compound takes several Melee (B button) attacks. Do these simple steps and mark this achievement off of your "to do list"

When playing through a mission never press the RT or Y buttons at all. Just melee, grapple, and counter with their own missles.
