To unlock this achievement you must save the outlying occupied buildings in the mission entitled "Save Pepper" which is the 10th mission. This achievement can be unlocked during any difficulty but I highly recommend this on Easy.
This achievement is somewhat hard. I missed it the first time and you may just want to finish the mission first before trying this. While it is possible to get it the first time (I missed it when one building fell right near the end).
You will want to protect all YELLOW dots on your radar. These are the outlying occupied buildings.
Below is my guide on how to beat this level (it was written for the hardest difficulty but still works just fine for easy mode):

Mission 10: Save Pepper

Recommended Power Distribution: Life Support (up on the d-pad) the whole level.
NOTE: If I use the terms right, left, front or back I am referring to the large Research Facility you must protect. Image yourself on top of it, the front would the the part facing the land and the part facing the water is the back. The right would be the part to your right when facing your facing the front and left is the same idea.
This level is very hard. It took me two times (almost a third or more but I got lucky). Here is what I have to offer...
At all costs, you must protect the research facility. Most of the enemies will attack this building and if they blow it up Pepper gets blown up too... and from the name of the mission that is a bad thing. You don't have to worry about reboots because most of the enemy fire is at the building. If you fly through the green hoops (sorry I forgot their names) you will kill most of the missiles and enemies attacking the building if they are within range. So when you hear "Overloaded" they are active and doing their job, when you hear "Stabilized" you can fly through another green hoop and reactive the power surge.
Once you start the mission, fly straight ahead and you will see a green ring looking thing, fly through it on your way up to the research fac. Your main goal is to save that building. Be aware of the hovering enemies that attack it. Most of them will attack from the left and front sides but be careful and watch your radar! Several will sneak up and attack from the back and if you don't pay attention you will regret it later.
You will hear a warning soon about the outlying occupied buildings are being attacked or damaged. Fly to each of them and destroy the enemies attacking it ASAP and then return to the research fac. You will have to do this at least 3 times.
Once you get that first part done here comes the missiles. Use your repulors and missiles (Y when ready) to take them out. Aim your best. Remember you still have to take out the hovering crafts too but focus on the missiles. Ignore the secondary missions until the missiles have stopped.
The last part is pretty easy if you make it that far. You will hear something about "multiple warheads" This is you hint to GET on top of the research fac and get ready for some missile killing. they will come from the front right and front left. Use your RT and Y all the time. After the missiles stop your done! RELAX!

This achievement will help you unlock the following achievement (please check that achievement guide for more information):
QuasidodoJr, Seng, IV
For this you can not let any of the yellow dots on your map disappear (aka be destroyed).
This mission will start off showing you a huge reactor and 4 tesla coils. When you start wait where you are for 2 seconds. Then fly straight through the tesla coil ahead of you. This will kill all surrounding enemies by the reactor. Now the reactor will be offline. So during this time fly around and kill enemies attacking tesla coils. If the tesla coil gets to yellow fly there fast and take out all enemies. Now it should say reactor stabilized. Fly through a tesla coil again to take out all enemies. Now rockets should be flying towards the reactor. Aim near the rockets and fire. Take out as many as you can. Now keep repeating the above.
After awhile into the mission you will hear Jarvis talk about drop ships. Take them out and then go back to saving the tesla coils. Just keep taking out enemies, going through the tesla coils, and taking out the rockets. Jarvis will then state that multiple drop ships are coming in. By this time to pass the mission easily the reactor damage should be at 50% or less. Try to take out the drop ships but worry more about the incoming rockets. Now just take out the rockets and enemies.
Jarvis will later state that the enemies are retreating. So high tail it up to the top of the reactor and wait for the missiles. Look on your radar. Wherever there is a big bunch of red, those are missile packs, and go to them first. Just keep turning around and firing at the missiles. Do this and the mission is passed.
