To unlock this achievement you must destroy Titanium Man in the mission entitled "On Defense" which is the 9th mission before he recharges for the second time. This achievement can be unlocked during any difficulty but I highly recommend this on Easy.
This achievement is pretty much a given. I say pretty much because I did not get it during my first time. You CAN get it during your first game if you set your power systems to weapons (press down on the d-pad). If not it really does not matter because you have to reply this level again for another achievement anyway with a different suit with better weapons.
Below is my guide on how to beat this level (it was written for the hardest difficulty but still works just fine for easy mode):

Mission 9: On Defense

Recommended Power Distribution: Weapons (down on the d-pad) the whole level.
Simple mission. Kill Titanium Man. You don't have to worry about cover in this mission. Just blast him (hold RT down and press Y while missiles are refreshed) to death. Follow him like a hawk and focus all your attacks on him. He should die (if you hit Y every time) before he starts to fly off to the second power grid.
Easy as pie... just does not taste as good.

If anyone still plays this you can just hold down the Y button and it will auto-fire missiles the second they recharge. That helped tremendously. He didn't even get a chance to fly away.

If you are having trouble getting this one wait until you unlock the classic armour in One Man Army mode and come back. It is a walk in the park with the classic armour on. I tried numerous times to get it with the Mark III armour but he kept making the re charge.
But with the classic armour and re directing power (down on the d pad) to weapons he will drop. This will give you all three achievements, Classic Confrontation and Smack Down and Power Saver.

QuasidodoJr, Seng, IV
You can easily pick this achievement up along with "Power Saver" if you have your repulsors and your suits auxiliary weapons upgraded to the max, with Advanced Vespid Missiles. After he recharges the first time just lay into him with everything you've got and he should go down before he even heads in the direction of the next generator.
