To unlock this achievement you will need to beat the "One Man Army vs. Ten Rings" challenge without dying (losing one reboot). So it other words you need to finish the mission with all four reboots left.
You can unlock this achievement by playing any difficulty but I highly recommend playing in Easy.
In order to beat this challenge you must defeat 80 enemies within 10 minutes, once you kill 80 enemies the mission will stop and you will get the achievement but if the timer runs out you will fail and have to retry again.
This challenge was the the hardest of all the challenges because there are, what seems to be, a lack of enemies. You need to destroy 80 and there only seems to be 85 on the map! I don't really think it's that bad but it seems like it! My best suggestion is to just fly around until you see enemies on your radar (red dots) and kill them with your repulors (RT) and missiles (Y button). Make sure to kill ALL the red dots on your radar.
Not only do you get an achievement for beating this challenge but you get the Mark II Suit as well.

I think you may have just been flying in the wrong places. I beat this in 4 minutes and still had at least a dozen enemies right around me when I completed it. I also saw a few likely spots where more might have been. Make sure you check out the valleys and go all the way to the main base.

Also, I unlocked this near the beginning of the game (right before the Maggia mission ) because I had a save file on my Xbox from The Incredible Hulk game.
