To unlock this achievement, you first need to have the Red Riding Hood type wolves approach you, since they're the only ones holding baskets. Beat them up and they'll drop their baskets as grab-able items. Grab the basket and then throw it at an enemy. If it hits an enemy it'll automatically go onto their head like a hat, unlocking this achievement.
