Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka with Love

Taken from a forum post, directly from the Irony Curtain Team:

"Combining the right items in the close-up mode should trigger the achievement every time: you need to open the can, eat the contents, attach the lens (glasses + razor), use a lit candle and use the can opener again."

The game will let you progress if you combine the full glasses (without removing the lens), but you won't unlock the achievement if you do so.
