Check the board for clues.
The Password digit clue is Inside the Palace, note the large Pork to the right of a Menu. Now check the Menu and note the day of the week that serves pork.
Password clue go inside palace grab the oar and go back outside to the pool use it to get the wine bottle.Offer the Bottle of wine to the Choir near the Gate, then ask them to recite the Airman Song. Wait for the second verse to begin (after the FIRST "We're Matryoshkan airmen, there's never any doubt!"), then pay attention to the first word in the third line.
Password Date: Inspect the Military Calendar that's inside the tank that appears after you talk to the guard at the entrance of the palace when you go back outside. Flip through it until you find the Leader's Father's Birthday.
Password color: Examine The Leader's Palace hotspot (just above the entrance) to see the four flags at the very pinnacle. Make note of the color of the third flag from the top
