Story Achievement
The Giant Tax Bot can be found in the first area of Dinosaur Island, 'Newton's Lab' although he is inactive for now. After finding the key and opening up the Silver Gate nearby you are told that Newton used to have a battery but it was taken by another debt collector.
You will find this debt collector in the sixth area 'Venus's Lair' and will have to pay the debt of 50 coins in order to get the battery back. Once paid simply collect the battery, run back to the Giant Tax Bot and shoot the battery into the slot.
