As one of the Officer class, follow these steps to unlock the achievement:
1. Begin by spawning in as an Officer.
2. Switch to your flaregun after spawning.
3. Fire one of your flares directly over one of the objectives on the battlefield. This will illuminate the area.
4. Quickly make your way to one of the field phones. You can find field phones either at your base or at a spawn point.
5. Once you're at a field phone, call in one of the gas attack options on the illuminated area created by your flare over the objective.
6. Now, rush over to the gas-covered area and patiently await the outcome. You'll need to wait for either a bot or a player to succumb to the gas for the achievement to unlock.
It's worth noting that some players have reported difficulty unlocking this achievement in online matches. As a workaround, consider trying it in a private match against bots, where you may have a better chance of success, which is what I did to unlock the achievement.
