There is a Reddit guide for this, however I’ll re-post it here with my edits.

Open at Bot game on Strafenexpediton > Cengio. Choose defending. Put your flares up around the bottleneck points such as alleys and points. ONLY use the biggest call ins. I.e mustard gas, bombing run and bombardments.

You can let the first ‘A’ point go, but defend ‘B’ until they only have 80-100 lives left. Use your call ins and keep on top of the ‘Charge’ and ‘Defend’ whistle orders.

Move up through the map and repeat the above. I managed to end the game on 129 kills, with about 40 being pistol kills. Popped for me. As a side note, when defending ‘B’ or explosion points, you’ll likely get your ‘saboteur’ achievement as the enemies tend to plant the explosive and run off. There is probably more you can do, however it worked for me.
