An excellent spot to grind this out is in Dolomite, defense, first point. In the middleish of the house that is the point there's a trench heading out towards their spawn. Get to just before that turns to exit out onto the field and watch for shadows of guys coming. You'll have to be a little bit back because the shovel has a fair wind up. Bandages is faster but it's not a OHK. You can do this either with bots or players but players will catch on soon enough.
