Please note that the guide is missing the last 4 levels BUT GENiEBEN has commented (with images) the missing levels right where the guide ends so you can use this to get the 100% although it's not a hard game overall

1 - Bird in a jug in the water behind the boat
2 - Bear near the back of the boat holding a fish
3 - Knight in armour on the boat to the right of the bear
4 - Sloth hanging on the fisherman's rod at the front of the boat
