This didn't pop for me. Both of us were in the room and still nothing.

You need to slam the buttons in front of them simultaneously, you'll know you did it right if a short cut scene plays with them talking

This is completed in the chapter Rose's Room - Pillow Fort. Midway through the chapter you will pass a purple star lamp. Before continuing forward, climb up the pillows and jump the gap to find a secret room with two action figures. Both players need to slam the two buttons at the same time to trigger a cutscene and unlock this achievement.

This is located in Rose's Room: Pillow Fort. This trophy will unlock for both players at the same time.
When you start the level, progress forward until you pass by a round, purple star-projector on the right and you'll eventually come to a narrow tunnel with a green light. Before going through the tunnel, on the right will be a toy communication device (if you press the button on it, a satellite will orbit a planet). Climb up the opposite side (left of the green-lit tunnel) and inside a crate in the back will be Leo and Vincent from A Way Out.
In front of each of them will be a button. You need to press the buttons with your co-op partner at the same time to get the two dolls to play out a scene. When it's done, the trophy will unlock.
If you haven't played A Way Out, a spoiler alert will be in place for this trophy as it gives away part of the story for that game.
