This isn't exactly the most exciting way but it is quick, luckily the loading screens are very short!

I did this on the Siberia level, 2.5 By any means necessary. From the point where you start take cover on the wall and blind fire at the guy coming to you. Make your way to the other side of the ship taking cover and blind firing at all the enemy's picking up any weapons they drop. Once they are all dead just restart checkpoint and do it again. I think there are about 10 or 12 total and if you do it on easy it shouldn't take more then a few minutes for each run through.

Also, I did notice that the first guy would sometimes fall into the fan taking his weapon with him and the first guy on the second floor didnt always drop his weapon either so if this happens and you find yourself running low on ammo just restart.

Blind fire from cover simply means when you press A to get into cover, you don't poke your head out and shoot. Instead, simply press the RT button to shoot without looking around the corner(still aim normally) and kill the people like that. Be warned, your accuracy drops dramatically!

EDIT: Just figured out Focus Kills while blind-firing count! Makes the shot a lot easier!

On the second mission called Istanbul you'll get to a hallway and at the end of it there are two enemies standing next to some gas tanks, go into cover and shoot the gas tanks. Restart checkpoint, rinse and repeat. Took me about 7 minutes. Hope it helps. Cheers.

Simply kill 100 enemies using blind fire from cover over the course of the game. The "Blind Fury" counter will appear to show you how many enemies you have eliminated in this way.

You can easily farm this trophy in Siberia, during the "Not All Fun and Games" section. After entering the computer center, you will attempt to hack the mainframe, only to set off the alarm. You must defend yourself while MI6 hacks the files. Using the cover in this room, use blind fire to kill the guards who come rushing in. Restart from checkpoint. Repeat.

This should come naturally in one playthrough of the game. Just press A when near a piece of cover and fire at enemies without holding LT. This is easier on the recruit difficulty since you're still given a crosshair when using blind fire.
