How to unlock the Sharp Instrument achievement in James Bond 007 Blood Stone - Definitive Guide

This is very easily done on the third level. At some point you will be required to hop into an elevator. As soon as the elevators doors re open, there will literally be three people standing in front of you. Two behind a desk, on at the doors. Press X to do a takedown on the first guy. This gives you some focus. IMMEDIATELY press LB and RT to do a focus kill. If you land the shot, which you probably will, achievement unlocked :)

It should be mentioned that there is no specific spot where this has to be done, nor a specific area where it's going to be any easier or more difficult than any other location.

I got it on the yacht at the beginning of the game (the first level/prologue) in the room right before you meet Greco for the first time, which also happens to be the earliest you can manage to get this achievement. There are only five enemies on this boat before you meet Greco regardless of difficulty setting, and the final two are the only pair close together.

Right after going down the ladder and taking out the guy leaning there, dash into the next room and melee the closest enemy, and use a focus aim on the second. Achievement unlocked.

I got this right near the beginning of the Istanbul level: after you escape from the trailer, you'll be put right behind a small barricade with a guy standing on the other side of it. Press X to take out the guy right in front of you to get Focus, and then quickly press LB + RT to Focus Kill the enemy standing next to the edge of the pit.

You must use a non-stealth takedown (Queensbury Rules) for this to count. The first opportunity to earn this trophy appears in the beginning of Athens. After climbing down the first ladder on the yacht, corner takedown the gunman in the pink shirt. Follow the other two men into the next room. Takedown the gunman in blue, then immediately Focus Aim kill then gunman in red.

This is a very easy achievement and should unlock without you even trying. If you are worried about it then as soon as you takedown an enemy (pressing X) hold LB and you should auto-target an enemy, just pull RT to shoot and kill him.
