Good video!... Note: if you do get caught or seems to get alerted.... just reload checkpoint... I accidentally alerted a guard when doing a corner move. I quickly reloaded checkpoint and finished level as if I had not done so and Boom.... Achievement unlocked

To add onto this, you can alert guards if you happen to do so by accident (those wide arcing arrows that appear in the center of the screen) but as long as nobody screams about needing backup or starts shooting you're all good. The radios they carry are entirely for your benefit, and as long as the enemies are stating everything is "all clear" or "nothing to report" you have not dashed your chance at this achievement.

I personally sprinted up to a lot of the earlier enemies and brute forced them down (as opposed to grabbing them around cover or whatnot) and I still got this achievement once I got into the casino.

Just posting my method and video as an alternate method. You'll notice the achievement won't pop up, this is because i already have the achievement.

In Monaco, during the "Your Basic Russian Oligarch..." section, the mission begins with you sneaking through the casino gardens. Guards are on patrol, and security cameras are positioned throughout the area. Keep an eye out for the cameras (avoid or disable them with the smartphone), learn the guards' movement patterns, and utilize stealth takedowns/the P99 Silenced to remain undetected until you climb into the window of the casino building. If you are detected, simply restart from checkpoint, and you can continue without penalty.

This achievement can be a little tricky, but with a little thought and planning it can be easy. If you are spotted you can simply restart checkpoint and retry to get this. Refer to the video below if you're having problems.
