When you start a game of Refulled your spaceship will be in 3 parts so first of all you'll need to re-assemble it. The base stays where it is at the bottom left of the screen so first of all you'll need to go and pick up the middle section from the ledge on the left. Simply land on it to pick it up and then fly over the base part to drop it again. Do the same for the top part, from the ledge on the right.
A fuel pod will then fall down from the top of the screen in a random position and you'll need to collect and return 6 of these back to the ship, 1 at a time. Once the 6th hits the ship a siren will sound and you'll need to fly in to the ship for it to launch. Achievement should pop.

Just start a game from level 1 and you'll unlock this. That's the first achievement you'll get (if we can call it an achievement...)
