Start the game on Normal or Hard difficulty. When you die, you are given 4 options. One is make the game easier. Make sure you do not select this option and just keep trying. When you get to the end of Act 1 which occurs when you leave Rockstarn, you will unlock this trophy and also the standard completion if you have not done it before:
