For this trophy, wait until you have unlocked at least the second Sommerswerd ability. The second ability is called Rising Sun. It is within the bottom left side of the Sommerswerd ability. This ability will attack each enemy. You need 1250 Kai power to use this ability.
What you should do is get 2 of the enemies in a battle under 900. Then hold
and use the Rising Sun ability. This should do around 900-1000 damage, kill the 2 lower health enemies and unlock this trophy.
I did this on Giaks with shields. It may do less damage against harder enemies, so bare that in mind.
