I unlocked this in the first fight of the game on Normal difficulty. After some story, you will reach Rockstarn and should fight your first creature (a Giak) and upon killing it, a new enemy (another Giak) will take its place for you to kill. If you kill them both without healing then this will unlock. The red potion you have is the one that would do the healing, so make sure not to use this.
I had an axe as my weapon and mixed between the 3 attacks available (Under
), then when I was not able to use those due to low Endurance bar, I switched to ranged attacks (Under 
). Then I was able to use my melee attacks again until the fight was over. My health did get low, but I just ignored that and kept fighting.
