It can be done with 2nd controller, pick Jotaro Kujo (as Player 1) and DIO (Stand user) (as Player 2) then build up both Jotaro and DIO's Heart Heat gauge up to 2, after that you need to press to perform DIO's "It's a steamroller!" GHA, immediately pick the 1st controller and keep pressing + until you see DIO is surprised to see Jotaro standing behind him. The trophy will pop up after that.
