You really don't need a guide for this; it can be won right at the very start with those space chickens. Just kill them and you will at some point be covered in their guts. That's all you need.

This is a very easy trophy, just find a Pufferbird then hit it with a fully charged slap (press and hold ) and you'll get covered in goo when it explodes.

At the very beginning of the game, in the cave in front of the “Dart”, we kill the fluffy bird with a STRONG blow.
