How to unlock the The $600 Man achievement in Journey to the Savage Planet - Definitive Guide
Not a full guide but a tip on one of the parts that I was stuck on for a while.
To hit the final explorer level to craft everything there is a step to shock and kill 4 things within 3 seconds. I kept trying to bait, shock and kill. For some reason when they were eating and then I shocked and killed them it would not register. What I tried finally was to bait them, hit them with the binding bile, shock them and finally kill them and it worked on the first go. Hope this helps, it would have saved me at least an hour!!

Even after collecting all 100 orange goo and all 32 alien alloys, I found myself around 500-1000 silicon short of the required resources needed to upgrade everything. If this happens to you, this is what I did - teleport to Towering Crystals in the Landing Site and kill the 4 jellywaft near this teleporter. Then teleport to Planetary Flotsam in The Itching Fields and hop around the three floating islands - each one has another 3-4 jellywaft to kill, including a red one. Return to the teleporter and bounce back between the two locations - the jellies will respawn and it doesn't take long to farm silicon this way at all.
Note: When going for this trophy, you will also unlock the following trophies along the way so don't worry about them too much: Cragclaw Defeated, Floopsnoot Queen Defeated, Teratomo Defeated, Teratomo? Teratomo!, Open Seasame, Little Shop of Horrors, For Science!, Build It Up, I Feel The Same. I Think?, Shocking and Pinball Wizard. Note: The Hot Garbage DLC added 5 new upgrades to the game but none of them are needed for this trophy.
