This thread will help you contact the high ranked people that are willing to boost you up.
If you are starting with a few losses already, you should message lower ranked players, and work your way up. Once you hit around the top 20, message the highest ranks.
If you are starting with 0 losses, message the highest ranked player, and you should be able to unlock this achievement with 9 wins.

The easiest and fastest method to get this achievement is to have a buddy that is already a rank 5 or in the top ten on the leaderboard and as long as you have not played any games you should get it in 9-15 matches. The achievement is Trueskill based so it won't do you a whole lot of good to play with someone without a decent ranking on the leaderboard.
(Note: I unlocked mine off of a rank 5 and got the achievement 9 matches)

Out of interest, if we find someone who is level 5 (not neccessarily your self) can that person be beaten without their rank being effected? eg, the level fiver gets beat 15 times and then goes down to rank 4?

No once they give the achievement to one person thier rank will be ruined they would probably drop to rank 20 or lower for just helping one person, however if the person who just got the achievement would be willing to pass it on then they would be able to but the person who originally had the achievement will more than likely never be able to have that rank again without playing about 40 to 100 matches against a trueskill of 50

Grab a buddy and go into VS ranked mode. Find the match and keep winning til you hit 5. It may take a while, but you'll get it eventually.
