How to unlock the Perilous Perfectionist achievement in Joy Ride Turbo - Definitive Guide
This is the best video available, showing how to get all trophies in Perilous Park. It is highly recommended to use a 300HP sports car, as some trophies are hard to reach without top speed.
I take no credit for the video's creation, Pointy Pete has done again a great job and he is the one you should thank...
My suggestion would be, as with Crimson Park trophies, to go first for all the parts in Perilous Park to familiarize yourself with it and then go for the trophies, as this video has a lot of skipping and could confuse you if you do not know the park well.

Solution I've found for Xbox One users from YouTuber: Kappin Ahh Jay (this was the most recent one I found and has less than 100 views, he wasn't playing Joy Ride Turbo but the general steps are the same, ignore the part where he presses B instead of A) only use this solution if this doesn't unlock after getting all 40 trophies, the game doesn't have cloud support for save data:
Step 1: Start any Xbox 360 game on Xbox One, while it's displaying the dev team, publishers, and whatever stuff was used to make it or at the title screen press the view and menu buttons at the same time to bring up the 360 guide menu. Note: The view and menu buttons are underneath the Xbox logo button on standard controllers.
Step 2: While in the 360 guide home area go to manage storage and confirm that you want to manage storage.
Step 3: While in the 360 storage menu go to saved games and press A to make it show all of your 360 game saved data. Find Joy Ride Turbo and press Y to delete all data associated with the game and confirm the warning message asking if you want to do this.
Step 4: If you're in Joy Ride Turbo the game will restart, if done correctly you should see the red Dojo Stock sports car as your current vehicle, and everything that wasn't unlocked by default will be gone, some of your leaderboard data won't be gone but this is ok, if your old data is still there repeat steps 1 through 3.
Step 5: Repeat the stuff that would unlock this stunt park as well as unlocking 300cc, from there just regrab all 40 trophies while following any necessary guide info. I do not know if this has to be the last achievement you unlock. Note: This can be used to unlock the other buggy achievements by repeating steps 1 through 4, though this may take multiple tries.

I recommend using the 300 HP cars to make getting some of these trophies easier. Follow this video created by Pointy Pete and you should have all 40 within 20 minutes.
