As the achievement description says, you will earn this automatically at the end of chapter ten, following several cutscenes and some intense fighting, including several boss fights. I would recommend you to stock up on healing items and extracts before entering Hamuras hiding place with Sugiura because once you do you will be locked in until you finish all fights. Just remember to heal effectively and save up your EX actions for the tougher enemies and you should not have too much trouble.
