This is just like the KamuroGo Shopper achievement (for completing 5 stores).
The ‘shops’ tab on KamiroGo shows you what places count towards this, and what you need to do for each. I got it by ordering everything in ten restaurants.
You can make this a lot easier by unlocking the Bottomless Stomach skill. This lets you eat even when your health bar is full.
Get it by completing the friend quest for Haoyu Xiu. He works at Akaushimaru on Tankaichi Street. Eat something there to trigger the mission.
Once you have Bottomless Stomach (you’ll need to buy it on the skills app), go into ten restaurants and order one of everything on the menu. Nom nom nom.
