You get this for reaching level 5 intimacy with the four girls that are available to romance.

Sana

The first to unlock is Sana, by completing the Amidst a Dream side case in Chapter 3. She’s the singer performing in theater square.

Once you've done that, Sana should message you after you’ve completed the compulsory Chapter 3 side story Underneath the Mask.

You should now be able to chat with Sana. Be nice. Ask her out whenever you can. Eventually, after dealing with an unsavoury fan, you should reach level 5 with Sana and she'll confess her love.

Nanami

The second to unlock is Nanami, after you complete her side case ‘Smart Watching’ in Chapter 7. Nanami messaged me once I’d saved the Takemitsu shop owner as part of the main story.

You need to be persistent with Nanami, keep messaging her. Eventually you’ll be able to ask Yukko for advice and meet up with her at Wette Kitchen. Agree to her bonkers plan. Don’t worry if it looks like things have gone wrong with Nanami, it’s just part of the story. Keep texting both her and Yukko until you agree to wait for her in Theater Square. Go there to end the heartwarming saga…just don’t tell Nanami about those other three girls.

Tsukino

Girlfriend number three is the unfortunate Tsukino, who unlocks in chapter 8. Complete the Pervert King side case first. Yosuke messages you about Tsukino; it happened for me shortly after defeating Higashi. You can then start to message Tsukino. Her story is pretty simple. In the poker game I think you just need to win a hand.

Amane

The fourth and final object of your affections is the fortune teller Amane who hangs out on Senryo Avenue. You can unlock her to date in Chapter 9. You’ll need to complete all three of her side cases, finishing with ‘The Fire Calamity’.

There’s a bit in Chapter 9 where your messages are unavailable for a while. Amane messaged me immediately after they were available again.

Amane’s story is quite straightforward. I refused the cow’s bribe. She’ll give you the silent treatment for a bit but keep messaging her when you can.
