How to unlock the Explorer achievement in JUJU - Definitive Guide

Secret teleports are blue doorways that look just like the achievement description picture. The game should navigate you towards one during one of the first levels. Simply touch the teleport to enter it and the achievement should pop.

The easiest one to find is on the 2nd level with the blocks that make stairs. Wait for the 1st block to go up and jump on it, then jump and press X to dash to a hidden area

Just through naturally exploring you will likely earn this on level 1 of world 1. You will know when you see a teleporter as they have an aqua blue door with a vortex inside.
