How to unlock the Happily ever after achievement in JUJU - Definitive Guide

This achievement will come by natural story progression and is unmissable.
You will get this for defeating the final boss in the game (who is located in world 5).

I would always recommend doing the boss stages with a buddy in coop since this gives you the opportunity to revive each other if necessary and basically provides you with more hearts (2 players = more hearts :-D ). As always learning the attack patterns is the key to success in all of the boss battles! Luckily they are not too complex. Personally, I found it a good strategy to scatter the two players in the level. That way you avoid being crushed by the same object at the same time.

If you need help at any point within the fight just refer to the video below:

Hope this helps you guys! :-)

Thanks for your feedback pal, I appreciate it! I am sorry you did not like the solution, though.

Thanks for the help. Classic example of poor game design where a relatively simple game has a ridiculous difficulty spike at the very end

@Mightygil, I would say that the main boss should be slightly more difficult than the rest of them. It wasn't ridiculously difficult. It took me 3 tries at most to get the other ones done and this one took me 5 tries. The patterns are fairly easy to understand and avoid. I finished with 3 hearts. Comments like yours always make me doubt whether or not I'll be able to complete a game. I look in the comments to see if there are any tips instead I have a comment that worries me. I don't know what you found to be so difficult but it wasn't all that bad. Cheer up buttercup! smile

I died so many times during this fight I didn't even know an easy mode existed until the game asked me if I wanna try it on that LOL. Ended up beating it on normal after like 30 mins, but a small portion of the fight was rather annoying than difficult imo.

Yooka Laylee flash-backs. Tough boss on an easy game. Okay.

If you need more controllers to beat this boss in a game made for 5 year olds quit gaming.

Negative vote for not listing how to damage the guy. Which is the only reason I came here.

If I wanted a video I would've went to youtube.

I don't want to waste 2 minutes watching a video because you were too lazy to type, "To damage the boss use the lunge ability".

Which, in all honesty, is not intuitive. Considering every enemy in the game up to this point takes damage from throwing your ball, I assumed this one would too.

Calypso the bat resides on the sole level of world 5. Jump up the steps and be prepared for a challenge. Like I mentioned already in the guide, you can set the game to easy by pressing down at a specific stage so the amber icon turns to yellow hearts. All trophies are still obtainable in this mode.

As Calypso has a lot of stuff going on in his sole battle it will be easier to watch this video for tips and attacks:

Once defeated, you and your dinosaur friend save your panda tribal leader and restore the worlds and their inhabitants back to normal, congratulations! If you have any bonus levels remaining then see Ultimate skills.

This is story related and can't be missed. Calypso is the final boss of the game that will unlock after completing the four Worlds.
