The easiest way to unlock this is to collect all the amber you see. Be sure to watch out for sliding panels, floors you can go under, etc. as there is usually amber hidden everywhere on each stage. The amber gathered from inside the teleport bonus levels also counts towards your total, so be sure to do all three of these as well.
You should easily get this while you are playing for the other achievements.

As you will be working towards getting 3 Coins from earning enough amber in each non-boss level, then this trophy will come naturally as you play. To be safe, it is worth while playing as many teleporter mini-games as you can for a lot of extra amber.
Kovy88, and, Mahtan, Tinuvil
This is simple and will likely unlock without any real effort. All the ambers in the teleport bonus-stages are considered extra from the 100%.
